Tatum Lowe's practice focuses on representing clients in complex litigation matters. She has experience with many aspects of the litigation process, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, preparing for hearings and trial, legal research, and appeals. Tatum also maintains an active practice in the insurance recovery realm with experience representing policyholders in pursuing insurance claims and litigation. Tatum has been involved in insurance litigation related to a number of different types of coverage, including environmental liability policies and commercial general liability (CGL).
Tatum also maintains a substantial pro bono practice where she assists clients seeking expunctions, participates in the Firm's asylum projects, and assists clients seeking monetary damages under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Tatum previously served as a judicial law clerk in the Supreme Court of Texas for Justice Jeffrey Boyd.
