Chris McLain represents defendants in high-stakes mass tort and multijurisdictional products liability litigation. Chris focuses his practice on trials, accompanying trial teams to court daily to help prepare, present, and track exhibits in complex mass tort litigation.
Chris has also assisted case teams in working up their cases, researching trends, and preparing work product. He has extensive experience in state and federal courtrooms throughout Florida. He has also attended and assisted at trials in the United States Virgin Islands and Massachusetts. At trial, in addition to his trial team colleagues from Jones Day, he works side-by side with in-house defense teams and outside counsel from a variety of other Am Law 200 firms.
