Erin McMahon represents and advises employers in a variety of complex labor and employment matters, including retaliation and harassment litigation, compliance counseling, and grievance arbitrations.
Erin has experience with many aspects of litigation, including fact development and investigation, pretrial discovery, motion practice, and trial advocacy. She has prepared witness testimony, presented oral arguments, and conducted direct examinations at trial.
Erin also maintains an active pro bono practice and is involved in the Firm's anti-domestic violence initiative. She won a domestic violence restraining order at trial and successfully defended against an annulment petition based on fraud.
