Sahba advises clients in a wide range of industries on commercial litigation, arbitration, and investor-State disputes. Recent representative matters include successfully advising a global telecommunications company in an ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) arbitration worth $1 billion related to a shareholder dispute involving public international law; successfully advising an international hotel group in a LCIA (London Court of International Arbitration) arbitration against a prominent hotel franchisor; advising claimant-side in a highly complex circa $250 million UNCITRAL (United Nations Commission on International Trade Law) investor-State arbitration, followed by litigation in the Commercial Court; and advising an ultra-high-net-worth (UHNWI) individual in Court of Appeal proceedings concerning a highly technical contractual dispute.

Sahba also regularly advises multinational corporations and State-owned entities on public international law matters and business and human rights. His recent experience includes advising multinational corporations on public international law issues relating to climate change, including the ITLOS (International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea) and ICJ (International Court of Justice) advisory opinions; assisting a multinational corporation with a greenwashing complaint from the Advertising Standards Authority; and advising on UN (United Nations) and human rights mandates.
