Rodney Moore has more than 35 years of experience representing public and private companies, private equity firms, and management teams in transactions and other corporate matters, primarily in the energy and infrastructure space.
Rodney represents private equity firms and public and private companies in M&A, joint venture, financing, and other commercial transactions across the energy spectrum, including in the traditional upstream and midstream sectors as well as in the evolving transition energy sectors such as hydrogen, renewable fuels, and carbon capture. Rodney also worked on the first 144A securitization of upstream oil and gas assets and has since worked on numerous upstream securitizations including the further development of alternative structuring for these transactions. In addition, Rodney advises clients on corporate governance matters and on transactional and corporate matters in restructurings and chapter 11 reorganizations.
