Ryan Mueller represents clients in a variety of complex litigation matters in state and federal courts across the country, including class actions and multidistrict litigation. Ryan has experience in all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, expert discovery, third-party discovery, motion practice, dispositive motion practice, and trial.
Ryan represents Experian in consumer litigation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). He also assists in defending clients in class action antitrust matters, including multidistrict litigations, and he has experience in cases relating to antitrust, contract disputes, veil piercing, fraudulent transfers, and products liability. Ryan has drafted and responded to pleadings, propounded and responded to written discovery, taken depositions, prepared witnesses for depositions, drafted successful discovery motions, negotiated resolutions of matters, and prevailed in a limited jurisdiction trial where he was the lead lawyer.
He also maintains an active pro bono practice, where he has experience in expert discovery and alternative dispute resolution in civil rights actions.
