Solène Maulard has advised French and foreign clients on all aspects of real estate law for almost 15 years. Her practice focuses on real estate transactions (acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets and real estate companies), commercial lease agreements, and construction.
A significant part of Solène's practice involves litigation, and she regularly assists clients in prelitigation and litigation involving real estate matters.
Solène teaches tutorials in civil law (law of obligations, introduction to law) at Paris universities. She is a member of the Association Droit et Procédure and the Institut du Droit Equin, where she regularly contributes to training courses and written commentaries.
