Kevin O'Connor practices corporate law, with a focus on private equity and M&A mandates, including acquisitions, disposals, investments, and joint ventures.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2025, Kevin was an associate at Ireland's leading corporate law firm, where he gained experience in M&A, private equity, equity capital markets, joint ventures, corporate governance, and general corporate and commercial advisory work. Kevin has worked on transactions for a variety of clients, including large-scale international companies and investment funds as well as early-stage start-ups and private investors.
