Patricia Owino practices commercial litigation and arbitration with a particular focus on resolving complex contractual, construction, and fraud disputes, often involving a multijurisdictional dimension.
Patricia's recent experience includes representing a global publicly listed energy company in defending a London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) arbitration involving claims for breach of contract relating to the hire of an oil storage vessel offshore Brazil, advising on two high-value and technically complex construction disputes in the Technology and Construction Court, and acting for Arcadia Petroleum on their US$300m proceedings against former directors for various dishonesty-based claims.
