Aaron Peterson represents and advises clients in a variety of labor management relations issues and employment litigation matters. Aaron has experience with union organizing and unfair labor practice proceedings and counsels clients regarding labor and employment compliance matters. He also advises clients on labor and employment aspects of business transactions.
In addition, Aaron defends clients in complex civil litigation at the state and federal levels and has experience conducting fact discovery and researching and drafting pleadings and motions.
Aaron maintains an active pro bono practice focused on asylum cases.
