Emma Plard works in the area of French and European environmental law, particularly on matters related to polluted sites and soils, climate change, classified installations, and renewable energy.
Emma completed her final internship as part of her training at the Ecole de Formation Professionnelle des Barreaux (EFB) with Jones Day where she worked on government regulation, environmental, and public law matters. Prior to formally joining Jones Day in 2022, Emma also served internships at French law firms, at a French administrative court, and at a telecommunications company.
