Andy Rumschlag represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including asset-backed securities litigation, mass torts, and commercial contract disputes.
Additionally, Andy maintains an active pro bono practice, which includes criminal appeals, post-conviction petitions, and housing matters. He also serves as an editor for Inter Alia, an award-winning newsletter published by the Federal Bar Association, Northern District of Ohio Chapter.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Andy served as a law clerk for Judge James S. Gwin at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
