Diane's practice focuses on payment services, blockchain, digital assets, and digital currencies. She has a deep understanding of the regulatory, institutional, economic, and financial challenges and issues faced by clients, particularly new players to cyber cash currencies such as digital asset service providers.
Diane also advises and assists credit, payment, and electronic money institutions as well as investment firms in their regulatory, institutional, transactional, and litigation needs.
