Deborah Sung represents and advises financial institutions, banks, and public and private companies in complex commercial real estate and financing transactions. She also advises corporate clients in M&A and intellectual property transactions.
Deborah maintains an active pro bono practice. Her work includes securing restraining orders for survivors of domestic violence, advocating on behalf of undocumented migrants, conducting an investigation into police misconduct, and representing nonprofits in a variety of transactions.
