Sean Swinford counsels health care and life sciences companies on complex regulatory and compliance issues with particular focus on the rapidly evolving areas of telemedicine, telehealth, and e-prescribing. Sean also has experience representing clients in investigations and litigation brought by federal agencies and qui tam whistleblowers, primarily related to the False Claims Act (FCA) and similar fraud and abuse laws.
Sean also maintains an active pro bono practice. With a special interest in criminal justice, Sean has been involved with the Firm's constitutional policing project and representation of an incarcerated client seeking redress for civil rights violations.
