Sebastian Schwab advises corporate clients on complex cross-border M&A transactions and general corporate matters with a focus on the Austrian market. In addition, he has significant experience in European and Austrian antitrust law and advising clients on foreign direct investment (FDI) and regulatory matters. He regularly advises clients across the tech, automotive, chemical, medical, health care, and industrial sectors.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2021, Sebastian gained several years of experience at international law firms in Vienna, Austria, where he advised venture capital clients, growth strategy investors, and investment banks on multiple high-value private M&A deals, merger control, and antitrust proceedings.
