Scott Stephan advises public and private companies on matters of corporate law. Scott has advised clients on public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, equity capital market activities, and general corporate governance and commercial matters.

Scott has experience advising clients across a range of industry sectors, including energy and resources, industrials, tourism, funds management, medical biotechnology, and technology.

Scott recently worked on the acquisition of a leading Australian experiential tourism operator by a large U.S.-based diversified tourism group, as well as a merger-of-equals between two ASX-listed lithium miners.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Scott pursued a career in professional tennis for several years.
