Janine van Eyk has experience in the areas of direct and indirect tax, with her current focus on income tax. She provides guidance to clients on the interpretation and application of the Australian tax law and frequently advises on the tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
Janine previously served as a Judges' Associate at the Federal Court of Australia and also has experience working in tax at a Big Four accounting firm.
