Jones Day welcomes Dr. Michael Bartosch in Munich as M&A partner in Firm's Corporate Practice
Dr. Michael Bartosch has joined the Firm as an M&A partner in the Corporate Practice. He is based in the Munich Office.
Dr. Bartosch has 17 years of experience assisting clients in cross-border and domestic M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions. He also advises clients on corporate reorganizations, joint ventures, and various corporate law matters. Dr. Bartosch has particular experience serving companies in the healthcare, life sciences, industrials, manufacturing, and transportation industries. Recent transactions include advising BITZER on the acquisition of the OJ Electronics Group and KAMAX on the acquisition of a majority stake in the Galol Group.

Dr. Bartosch joins the Corporate Practice, which brings together the Firm's transactional work worldwide, encompassing M&A and Private Equity. Dr. Bartosch earned his law degree from the University of Konstanz in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. He is ranked by JUVE as a recommended lawyer in his areas of practice.
