Francesca Ravallese among Law.com International's "Rising Stars: Europe’s Best Up-and-Coming Female Lawyers"
Law.com International selected Francesca Ravallese, a partner in the Firm's Corporate Practice based in the Milan Office, among its 2024 list of "Rising Stars: Europe's Best Up-and-Coming Female Lawyers, 2024." The list is comprised of "the 25 women aged under 40 who represent the best and brightest practicing in Europe, excluding the U.K."
Ms. Ravallese represents domestic and international clients in connection with M&A and private equity cross-border transactions, focusing on assisting public and private corporate clients and financial investors in investment, divestment, and acquisition transactions and joint ventures. She actively supports diversity initiatives in Milan and around the globe, and was involved with the Firm's pro-bono project in Lesvos by providing assistance to the refugees from the Middle East and Africa, helping to ensure that the laws governing humanitarian relief were properly applied, particularly to women and children.
Lawyers were selected based on "the quality of their client base; examples of driving forward the size or reputation of their practice area; the scale, significance, and complexity of their cases; their client feedback and general market reputation; the standing of their mentor; and any other examples of career success and innovation."
