India Business Law Journals Top Foreign Law Firm

India Business Law Journal names Jones Day among Top Foreign Law Firms; Sushma Jobanputra and Vinay Kurien on IBLJ's "International A-List"

The India Business Law Journal (IBLJ) has recognized Jones Day in its "Top 15 Foreign Firms" list for 2024. This marks the 16th consecutive year that the Firm has been included on the list, which draws on IBLJ's analysis of more than 600 law firms worldwide that advised on deals and disputes within the past 12 months with an Indian component.

In addition, IBLJ has named Sushma Jobanputra and Vinay Kurien to the 2024 edition of its "International A-List," which features the world's top 100 foreign lawyers for India-related matters.

Jones Day has served the Indian market for more than four decades, representing international clients on significant investments in India and Indian clients on landmark outbound transactions, as well as on a number of complex cross-border disputes. Also based in Singapore and a partner in the Financial Markets Practice, Mr. Kurien has worked on a variety of cross-border debt transactions as well as a range of transformative business and corporate restructuring matters.
