Client(s) New England Motor Freight, Inc.

Jones Day represented a regional motor carrier, New England Motor Freight, Inc., in 50+ national class actions alleging conspiracy to fix fuel surcharges on less than truckload ("LTL") shipments in violation of federal antitrust laws. Jones Day lawyers served on defense Case Management Committee and chaired defense Jury Research Committee; after helping secure consolidation of cases in Atlanta, negotiated client's dismissal from the litigation.
