Client(s) Verity Instruments, Inc.

Jones Day represented Verity Instruments of Texas in the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Lexas Research of Dublin, Ireland. Such assets included hardware, software and intellectual property useful in the semiconductor manufacturing process as well as a license to certain patents. Jones Day's IP, M&A and Tax practices in San Diego, Dallas and Washington DC advised Verity.
