Client(s) First Kuwaiti Trading and Contracting W.L.L.

Jones Day represented First Kuwaiti Trading & Contracting, W.L.L. in a pass-through appeal against the U.S. government regarding construction of the New Embassy Compound in Surabaya, Indonesia. After extensive negotiations involving multiple parties, a settlement was reached, which also resolved parallel litigation against the prime contractor in federal district court.
