Vossloh sells Delkor Rail to Zhuzhou Times New Material Technology

Jones Day advised Vossloh AG (a public company listed on the MDAX) in its sale of Delkor Rail Pty Limited, a supplier of railway products and services in Australia and overseas, to Zhuzhou Times New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (a public company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange) and the negotiation of a European Product Distribution Agreement.

In addition to M&A representation, Jones Day provided international litigation, arbitration and intellectual property advice regarding this transaction.
