Jones Day prevailed on behalf of Caymus Partners, LLP in an arbitration against All Smiles Dental Centers, Inc., arising out of All Smiles' breach of an Investment Banking Agreement, under which Caymus was owed a transaction fee for its role in facilitating the sale of All Smiles in July 2010.
