LLC in connection with the $110 million acquisition of a majority stake in Navigator Holdings Ltd., an international seaborne transportation service provider to producers, traders, and consumers of liquefied petroleum gas, petrochemical gases, and ammonia, through a purchase of Navigator shares from the trustee in the Lehman Brothers liquidation proceedings.
