Investcorp International acquires Esmalglass Group

Client(s) Investcorp International Ltd.

Jones Day advised Investcorp International Ltd. in connection with its acquisition and related financing of Esmalglass Group, a Spanish-based leader in marketing and producing frits, glazes, and ceramic colors, from 3i and certain managers and founders. The financing consisted of secured and revolving credit facilities.
