Jones Day advised Enjoy S.A. in its acquisition of 45% of Baluma S.A., the Caesars Entertainment Corporation subsidiary which owns and operates the Conrad Punta Del Este Resort and Casino in Punta Del Este, Uruguay for $139.5 million in cash and stock.
