Jones Day represented Espirito Santo Investment Bank, as lender, in connection with the financing of a natural gas pipeline to be built in the Municipality of Centro, State of Tabasco, Mexico. The facility was secured by collection rights under a contract with Federal Electricity Commission (CFE).
