Jones Day advised Wasserstein & Co., LP in connection with its acquisition and related financing of Globecomm Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: GCOM), a leading communications solutions provider, for $340 million. The financing consisted of a $207.5 million senior secured credit facility.
