Jones Day advised INO Therapeutics LLC d/b/a Ikaria in a series of transactions with Lee's Pharmaceutical (Hong Kong) Limited for the promotion and sales of Ikaria's INOMAX Total Care services package (including device, drug, and accessories for neo-natal pulmonary therapy that treats infant hypoxic respiratory failures) in Greater China (including mainland China, Hong Kong/Macau and Taiwan).

In addition to M&A representation, Jones Day provided intellectual property, tax, and regulatory advice regarding this transaction.
