SAP acquires leading global provider of travel and expense management solutions Concur Technologies for $8.3 billion

Jones Day represented SAP SE (NYSE:SAP) in its agreement to acquire Concur Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:CNQR) at an enterprise value of approximately $8.3 billion. Concur Technologies is a leader in travel and expense management software, with more than 23,000 customers and 4,200 employees. The transaction was funded from a credit facility agreement of up to €7 billion to cover the purchase price, target debt refinancing, and acquisition-related costs.

In addition to M&A representation, Jones Day provided antitrust, intellectual property, employee benefits, and tax advice regarding this transaction.
