Enhol successfully appeals decision on challenging wind auctions

Jones Day successfully advised Grupo Empresarial Enhol, S.L. in several appeals before regional courts on challenging wind auctions based on infringement of regulatory framework. This victory had a domino effect on the auction, as the court has obliged the regional government to revise, with retroactive effect, the outcome of a 1.207 MW auction, one of the most important in Spain ever.
