Lehman & Company, a leading mid-market private equity firm focused on the defense, aerospace, and maritime sectors, in connection with the acquisition and related financing of a majority interest in Sprint Energy Services, a leading provider of specialized, technical environmental services to the upstream energy industry. The financing consisted of a term loan and a revolving credit facility.
