TriGate Capital acquires 90 percent ownership interest in Comerica Bank Tower, the third tallest skyscraper in Dallas, Texas

Jones Day advised TriGate Capital, LLC, in connection with the acquisition of a 90 percent ownership interest in Comerica Bank Tower, an approximately 1.5 million-square-foot, 60-story, Class AA skyscraper in downtown Dallas, Texas, from CBRE Capital Partners. Comerica Bank Tower is the third tallest skyscraper in Dallas. Jones Day also advised TriGate Capital, LLC in connection with a joint venture with M-M Properties as the operating partner.
