Jones Day advised Pinova Holdings, Inc., a global leader in specialty chemicals manufactured from natural and renewable feedstocks, in its sale by TorQuest Partners to Symrise AG, a global supplier of fragrances, flavors cosmetic active ingredients, and materials as well as functional ingredients, for $417 million.
