Jones Day advised Ferro Corporation in connection with the acquisition of all the shares of Belgium-based Cappelle Pigments NV. Cappelle Pigments is a 125-year old, privately held company that produces inorganic and organic pigments used in coatings, inks, and plastics, with manufacturing facilities in Belgium and France and sales offices in Italy and the U.S.
