Jones Day advised Oxenwood Real Estate LLP in connection with the acquisition and related financing of Transpennine 200, the principal passport-printing and distribution warehouse for the UK, producing 80 percent of all passports, from Curzon Advisers for £8.2 million (US$10.3 million). The financing consisted of an increase provided by Wells Fargo Bank, NA, London Branch to an existing secured facility to add the property to the portfolio.
