Jones Day advised AEE Power, S.A., an international EPC contractor and power developer specialized in the energy industry, in connection with a $10 million loan provided by Aloe Investments, Ltd. for the construction and development of a solar plant project with a total generating capacity of 5 MW located in Lorelei, Namibia.
