Jones Day represented Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota corporation and Northern States Power Company, a Wisconsin corporation, two public utility operating company subsidiaries of Xcel Energy Inc., in securing Federal Energy Regulatory Commission approval for an abandoned plant rate incentive for the construction of a 345 kV transmission line, to be located in south central Minnesota, along with associated substation expansions.
