Jones Day assisted Central Ohio Urology Group, the largest lithotripsy supergroup in Ohio, with the formation of an IMRT/IGRT enterprise and the later sale of a majority stake in that enterprise to a third party. We also assisted with issues such as cybersecurity breaches, noncompete, lithotripsy planning and coordination and the regulatory implications related thereto, compliance planning, a multi-specialty practice model, as well as a corollary MSO model.
