Jones Day advised Unicredit S.p.A. and Monte dei Paschi di Siena Capital Services, as dealer managers, and Banca Sella and ICCREA, as co-dealers, in the €7.7 billion (US$9.1 billion) issuance of the new 8-year BTP Italia, indexed to Italian inflation (Ex Tobacco).
