Jones Day advised Twin River Worldwide Holdings, Inc. in its merger with Dover Downs Gaming & Entertainment, Inc. Dover Downs stockholders exchanged their Dover Downs stock for Twin River Common Shares representing 7.225% of the equity in the combined company at closing. Twin River Common Stock has been listed on the New York Stock Exchange and began trading March 29, 2019 under the ticker symbol "TRWH."
