REACH defends against claims filed on behalf of a putative class of consumers in California

Client(s) Global Medical Response, Inc.

Jones Day represents Global Medical Response, Inc. subsidiary REACH Air Medical Services, LLC ("REACH") against claims filed on behalf of a putative class of consumers in California alleging REACH charges improper fees for its services. REACH has sought dismissal of all of the plaintiffs' claims on the basis that they are preempted by the federal Airline Deregulation Act of 1978.
