Jones Day represented Webster Bank, N.A., as agent for all lenders, collateral agent, lender, and letter of credit issuer, in connection with a new $17 million credit agreement with U.S. Urology Partners, LLC, the owner of a network of urology practices in the United States, which was used to fund a portion of the borrower's acquisition of a new urology practice and the assets of a urology practice.
