Jones Day advised Nuctech through its Mexican subsidiary in a joint venture with Ciclotrónica Mexicana for the development, construction, licensing, operation, management, and supply of six irradiation equipments using Nuctech's E-Beam technology for sanitation and sterilization services for medical equipment, food, and miscellaneous merchandise.
