Jones Day provided advice to ING Capital LLC-led syndicate on the restructuring (due to, among others issues, the sale of a majority stake of the project to financial sponsors) of the Can Misses Hospital (Ibiza, Spain) project financing granted in favor of the Concesionaria Can Misses, the concessionaire managing the non-medical premises of the Can Misses Hospital of Ibiza, Spain.
