Jones Day advised Eaton Corporation as antitrust counsel in the sale of its hydraulics business to Danfoss Power Solutions for US$3.3 billion. In a number of jurisdictions, including the United States, Europe, Brazil, and China, the transaction was cleared with commitments after a Second Request or Phase II investigation.
