TopBuild amends existing credit agreement

Jones Day represented TopBuild Corp., a leading installer and distributor of insulation and building material products to the U.S. construction industry, in connection with an amendment to its existing credit agreement with Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent, to, among other things, increase the revolving commitments to $500 million and provide a new $300 million delayed draw term loan.
